60 minutes of fully choreographed hard-hitting endurance cardio coupled with lean full-body muscle toning. Utilizing mini-step boards, weights, and hip-loop bands to add some extra fire!

All levels encouraged!

Bring your mats for this 60-minute choreographed circuit-style total body workout! Utilizing bands and weights for a stronger, leaner, and more defined silhouette!

All levels encouraged!

No high-impact movements!

Vibey, Sexy & Sweaty.  Bring your mats and water and get ready to enjoy a fusion of Yoga, Barre & Pilates. 

The use of body weight, light hand weights and hip-loop bands brings this workout to a whole new level.

Instructor Corley Davis

I am a 40-something-year-old Mequon resident. As a wife to a supportive husband, and mother to 3 beautiful children, I wear many hats. Between cooking, cleaning, managing, and shuttling, life is busy.

My workouts are a true space of creativity and fulfillment. It is my passion to create each session. I enjoy challenging myself and my body with each and every one.

Cardio2Core is a very special piece of who I am and I look forward to the opportunity to share it with you!
