Class Description
Cut is a strength-focused workout built around heavy lifting and intentional movement. This class is designed to challenge muscles, increase power, and deliver real results through structured, choreographed strength training. With no cardio and no distractions, Cut keeps the focus on form, control, and progressive overload—so every rep counts and every session builds strength. *no high-impact movements Bring your mats, weights and water. Shoes recommended. (Bands and weights available on a first-come-first-serve basis)

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations are accepted 4 hours prior to a session. In the event of a cancelation, after the 4-hour time period, clients may be charged the full amount of the session. If the client has purchased a package, the unclaimed session may be used. In the event of a "no show", the client will be charged the full amount of the session or it will be deducted from their package. Any refunds (either monetary or session additions) are at the full discretion of Cardio2Core and are determined on a case-to-case basis.
