Class Description

Bring your mats, weights, and boards! Class is approximately 60 minutes of fully choreographed high-intensity cardio and strength training. Each Class is unique in both movement and playlist. I create the playlists and choreograph each song, using the beat and energy of the music to guide the moves. A few examples of cardio movements would be: mountain climbers, plank jacks, squats, pushups, and jumping jacks. Strength movement examples would be: bicep curls, hydrants, bicycles, and planks. It is a very fun and highly effective workout. While it is designed for all levels, and modifications are always available, it is an intense class. It is designed to allow you to progress as your fitness and strength improve. There is always a new element to master which allows each participant to push to their personal limit. It is not necessarily designed for participants to complete fully on the first try. The goal is to push your limit each time, always trying to do better than your last Class. The results will follow. *Extra mats, weights, bands, and boards are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations are accepted 4 hours prior to a session. In the event of a cancelation, after the 4-hour time period, clients may be charged the full amount of the session. If the client has purchased a package, the unclaimed session may be used. In the event of a "no show", the client will be charged the full amount of the session or it will be deducted from their package. Any refunds (either monetary or session additions) are at the full discretion of Cardio2Core and are determined on a case-to-case basis.
